One of the best investments of a wedding is having a good bartender. Guests typically drink from the cocktail hour to last call at the end of the night. Why not spruce up the typical offerings of wine, champagne, and beer with wedding cocktails instead!
A cocktail or bloody mary bar can be matched to a theme or color scheme. Each menu course can be paired with a cocktail or drink to match; they can be made to match the food and the season of the wedding. There are so many options of cocktail recipes that have a wedding feel to them, but you can also create a signature drink to be served to your guests. Signature cocktails can be made with the chosen couple in mind. For example, if they met on a tropical vacation, why not create a cocktail that reminds them of that vacation and try serving a hurricane.
Custom Themed Cocktails for Any Event
Hosting a corporate event? Whether it’s a business meeting, customer appreciation event, employee appreciation or a holiday party, celebrate with corporate cocktails! Cocktails can be designed to match your company; they can be based off of your color scheme, what you do or the theme of your corporate gathering. Having a customer appreciation day with your clients will make them feel important and valued by serving them with a champagne cocktail.
Bridal or baby showers, business meetings or a ladies day can all be celebrated by hosting a brunch. Since brunch is usually late morning to early afternoon; most often breakfast foods are served choosing a light juice based cocktail to accompany it would be the best suited. The most commonly used brunch cocktail is the mimosa (orange juice and champagne), but you should try mixing it up and add a Bloody Mary bar to your next brunch instead.
Planning a gender reveal party why not try a brunch? Along with the gender reveal gag (for example colored cake, or balloons, etc.) why not serve a cocktail that matches the gender. Try a strawberry margarita for a girl or a blue lagoon for a boy. A fun cocktail would be a great way to celebrate the new bundle of joy (including a virgin version for mommy to be).
Think cocktails are just for fancy parties or celebrations, well think again! Why not try adding a cocktail or Bloody Mary bar to your gathering for sporting events. If you plan to watch the super bowl, why not try adding a gin and tonic or a hellfire to the party. While watching the big game, serve cocktails with the colors of your favorite team (i.e. a Bloody Mary, a White Russian and a blueberry fizz for the Colorado Avalanche). Having a golf tournament? Forget plain old beer; try having light and refreshing summertime cocktails, like a lemonade beer instead. Celebrating after a skiing day? Why not warm up with hot and spicy cocktails (i.e. apple cider, hot toddy or a hot buttered rum).
Cocktails and Bloody Marys for All Situations
Cocktails can be used in many different situations, they can be cool, light and fruity, all the way to warm, strong and spicy. A bartender can help you to gauge what types of cocktails are appropriate for your event, and budget.
